  ALERT UNITED CONCORDIA PATIENTS!!!!!  We will no longer be in network with United Concordia after 8/5/2024.  A United Concordia rep informed us that many UC plans will be in network indirectly through Ameritas or DHA.  After 8/5/24, you should be able to go online or contact United Concordia via phone to confirm if you are in network through Ameritas or DHA.  If you have trouble, call us and we can help.  We already know that FEDVIP plans are excluded; FEDVIP plans will be processed as out of network.   Please note that seeing a dentist DIRECTLY in network with United Concordia will give you the largest patient discount.
